Who Is Responsible?

My name is David Puchol, a psychologist (license CV07900) based in Valencia, a Spanish city in southern Europe, and I am ultimately responsible for the creation, development and maintenance of MH Insights.

Most of the content appearing in this project is ultimately a reflection of my own professional experience, as well as my personal interests related to the field of mental health and some of the so-called "complementary therapies" in this area such as nutrition and exercise.

My experience in the Internet goes back to something more than a decade ago when I started to collect, organize and share a number of electronic resources related to the mental health field. Over time, these resources have been expanded (and updated) until they have become the basis of what you can consult today at MH Insights.

A Personal Web Site?

I am ultimately responsible for everything you read at MH Insights. This includes multiple aspects... resource selection-edition, coordination with other professionals, administration and technical programming, legal responsibility, software-hardware updates, site optimization, maintenance bills, etc.

As you can imagine, due to the number of resources available, this project is very far from being regarded as the work of one person. In fact it is impossible to list all those professionals who, in one way or another, have contributed and contribute daily so that what you can see on the screen (at any time of day and from anywhere in the world) is fully updated and constantly growing.

While it is true that I am ultimately responsible for the development and maintenance of this project, this is in fact much more than a personal website. This project is the final result of the contributions of many professionals who have decided to become actively involved in its constant growth and updating.

My work, in most cases, involves the coordination and optimization of the resources contributed from many different sources.
